Introduction
The staff of CASH are committed to improving the sexual and reproductive
health of all people in the North and North East Lincolnshire area.
We work in a confidential and non-judgemental way to enable our clients to make
healthy and informed choices, with a team of friendly and approachable staff of
doctors, nurses, health care assistants and clerical staff.
CASH offers clinics with appointments, as well as ‘Drop in’ appointments and
dedicated ‘Young People Clinics (CHOICES)’. However, young people are always
welcome to attend any other clinic.
Our staff are available for advice over the phone whenever possible.
Choices clinics
Provides a friendly confidential service, specifically for young people,
under the age of 25, offering contraception, advice and testing for sexually
transmitted infections (STIs).
Services offered at CASH for all ages:
- All methods of contraception, including free condoms
- Emergency Contraception
- Pregnancy testing, advice and referral as necessary
- Cervical smears for 25s and over (Please make sure you do
not have your period at the time of your appointment and please
bring your cervical screening letter to your appointment).
- Testing and treatment for all STIs and genital infections
(if you are unsure we are happy to advise)
- Diagnosis and treatment of genital skin conditions
- Routine HIV and syphilis testing offered
- Testing for Hepatitis B and C and Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Support and information following a sexual assault
- Referral to other health services as appropriate to meet
specific individual needs.

where you need to be seen or offer advice over the telephone.
We also offer weekly walk-in clinics at various venues where no appointment
is necessary, please ask for details.
Other services working with CASH (where applicable):
- Gynaecology service
Providing gynaecological assessment and treatment by referral
from a clinician.
- COAST (Chlamydia screening programme)
Providing testing and treatment for chlamydia to women and men
aged under 25.
- SHOUT team
Providing outreach and clinical services to clients who find it
difficult to access normal clinics.
- Maternity Service
Accepting self referrals from women who know they are pregnant,
offering scans, downs screening tests, and antenatal care for
women and their families
- Pregnancy Advisory Service
This service is available for women who think they may be
pregnant. We offer pregnancy testing, coupled with advice and
referral where necessary.
