Our Trust board is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation, exercising its power through sub-committees. The board meets on a bi-monthly basis to approve new policies, receive reports on performance and make decisions about how the Trust is run.

Changes to Trust Board meetings due to Covid-19
Due to the social distancing requirements currently in place, which apply to staff as well as to the public, meetings of the Trust’s Board will not be held in public at this time. Meetings are being conducted remotely through electronic communication as a result.
This applies to meetings on the following dates:

The Board agenda will include the following priority agenda topics:
- Pandemic Preparation & Response
- Patient Care
Members of the public are able to access the meeting by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively, can pose questions on the above topics in advance of the meeting. Please send any questions to email@example.com these will be submitted to the Board and will feature as part of the minutes of the meeting which will be published on the Trust’s website after each meeting. Please note questions will not be answered directly in response on an individual basis.
