Elections for the Council of Governors (CoG) are held on an annual basis. The CoG is made up of 26 governors, some of which are publicly elected, others are appointed by partner organisations.

Public governors are elected by public members, staff governors are elected by staff members and stakeholder governors are nominated by partner organisations. The 26 seats in total consist of:
