If you’re due to come to one of our hospitals for an appointment, please bear in mind there may have been some changes since your last visit.
Before your appointment
Some appointments that may have taken place face-to-face may now take place via telephone or video consultation. Please check the details of your appointment in advance, these should be on your appointment letter.
During your appointment
You are welcome to bring one other person with you to your appointment, especially if you need medical assistance during your visit.
You are required to wear a surgical face mask (unless exempt) in clinical areas such as wards and in the Emergency Department. Face masks are available in the main entrances at our hospitals. All our staff (unless exempt) in these areas will also be wearing a surgical face mask to keep you safe.
Please use the hand sanitising gel on entry to our hospitals and at regular intervals while with us.
