Christmas carol service to be held at Goole hospital

People are invited to a festive Christmas carol service organised by the chaplaincy department at Goole and District Hospital.

The annual event will be held in the hospital chapel on Wednesday December 19 at 2pm and is open to staff, patients and members of the public to attend.

The service is being held by lead hospital chaplain the Revd Charles Thody and children from the Woodlands Day Nursery will also be taking part. Refreshments will be served after the service.

The Revd Thody said: “I would like to extend a warm invitation to staff, patients and members of the public to pop along and join us in this festive celebration. People have always said how they enjoy the hospital carol service and I hope this year will be no exception. Everyone can be guaranteed a warm, family traditional atmosphere with a selection of favourite carols.”
