Goole and District Hospital

Joanna Loughborough, lead nurse for patient experience, said: “We’d love to hear from patients and their relatives about their recent experiences at the hospital. Usually people call or email the Scunthorpe PALS office to speak to the team, but we know that sometimes people prefer to talk on a face-to-face basis.”

Jo and Gemma Mazingham, PALS and complaints manager, will be available in the main entrance/coffee shop in the hospital on Wednesday February 6 between 10am and 12 midday.

There’s no need to make an appointment, just turn up.

If you can’t make it on the day and want to share feedback about the services at the hospital you can email nlg-tr.PALS@nhs.net or call 03033 306518.

If you are a journalist and require further information contact the communications and marketing team on 03033 302528 or via nlg-tr.comms@nhs.net
