Those who attend the Nursing Recruitment Open Day on Friday 29 November will gain insight into what it’s like working at the Trust which runs the hospitals in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole, as well as community services in Northern Lincolnshire.

Elaine Coghill, Deputy Chief Nurse at the Trust, said: “We’re looking for nurses with a real passion for providing high quality patient care. Whether you’re due to qualify as a registered nurse, are thinking of returning to practice or fancy a new challenge at an NHS Trust…we’d love for you to join us at the open day to find out more.”
For those who don’t currently work in an acute hospital setting, there will be an interactive simulation session and a tour of the wards so people can explore their potential new workplace.

Elaine added: “It’s the perfect opportunity for you to come into one of our hospitals and see what it’d be like to work with us. You’ll get the chance to meet the Chief Nurse and our team, speak to those who lead our medicine, surgery and community services and visit some of our wards and departments.

“If you like what you see and you’re interested in joining our team, you may even be interviewed for a position on the day.”

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is looking for registered nurses who want to work at its hospitals in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole, as well as its community services in North Lincolnshire.

On the day, registration will take place from 8.30am at Butterwick House, Scunthorpe General Hospital. For a full agenda and to register your interest, please visit: http://tiny.cc/tl0tfz
