Mr Frank Howell is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby.
His qualifications are MA Oxford; MB BS; MS: FRCS.
He has a special interest in hip and knee replacement, sporting injuries, and limb reconstruction with ilizarov frames.
