Enquiring about a patient in hospital

Expense claims (Cashiers)
You can claim travel expenses via Cashiers. The Grimsby office is located near The Pink Rose Suite. It's best to call first before making a special journey. There are no offices at Scunthorpe or Goole hospitals. Alternatively, you can complete a HC5 form and post to Cashiers, Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Scartho Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN33 2BA, or email to the address below. You’ll also need to include a copy of your proof of benefit, appointment letters and bank details. Cashiers will process and make a payment to you by BACS.
