Our community nursing and therapy services staff work with people of all ages and in a variety of settings from health, social care and educational settings as well as in people’s homes. We recognise the importance of people being able to achieve and maintain their independence and health as far as possible.
Community Services
We provide a wide range of community services across North and North East Lincolnshire, including district nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry and specialist dental services.
