Based in Grimsby, Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital serves the people of North East Lincolnshire. Run by Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust as part of NHS Humber Health Partnership, it is a district general hospital with all major specialties, a 24-hour emergency department, state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities, and a dedicated children and family services building with en-suite maternity rooms.

Goole and District Hospital is a purpose-built community hospital serving the people of the East Riding. Run by Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust as part of NHS Humber Health Partnership, it provides specialist rehabilitation services including for brain injuries, an Urgent Treatment Centre, and is a centre of excellence for ophthalmology.

Located just outside Hull city centre, Hull Royal Infirmary is a teaching hospital serving the people of Hull and the East Riding. Run by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as part of NHS Humber Health Partnership, it is home to the regional major trauma centre, a dedicated Women and Children's Hospital, and an Eye Hospital.
