It is a district general hospital with all the major specialities.

Serving the people of North Lincolnshire, Scunthorpe hospital has a brand new 24 hour emergency department, hyperacute stroke unit, diagnostic facilities and all the major specialties you’d expect from a district general hospital.

Goole and District Hospital is a small, purpose built, community hospital serving the people of East Riding. It provides specialist rehabilitation services, including for brain injuries, has an Urgent Treatment Centre on site and is a centre of excellence for ophthalmology.

We provide a wide range of community services across North and North East Lincolnshire, including district nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry and specialist dental services.

Hull Royal Infirmary is a teaching hospital based just outside the city centre. Run by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, it houses the major trauma centre for the region and is also home to a Women and Children's Hospital and Eye Hospital

Based in Cottingham, Castle Hill Hospital is home to the regional Queen’s Centre for oncology and haematology and provides cardiac and elective surgery facilities, medical research teaching and day surgery facilities in the Daisy Building. The hospital is run by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
