Members of the public are invited to hear about the achievements, challenges and future priorities of NHS Humber Health Partnership at its annual meeting on Wednesday 14 October.
The virtual event brings together the Annual General Meeting of Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and the Council of Governors’ Annual Members’ Meeting for Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.
Taking place from 2.30pm to 5pm via Microsoft Teams, the meeting is open to everyone and offers patients, staff, members and local communities an opportunity to learn more about the work of both trusts during 2025/26.
Group Chair, Alan Downey will welcome attendees and provide an update, while Group Chief Executive, Lyn Simpson will present an overview of the year and discuss current plans and future priorities across the partnership.
The annual reports and accounts for both trusts will also be presented, including an update on their financial performance during 2025/26 and reports from the external auditors.
Our guest speakers are Helen Phillips, Director of Commissioning, Partnership and Engagement for Northern Lincolnshire, Adam Johnston, Health and Care Partnership Programme Manager for Navigo, Laura Sherburn from the National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme, and Dr Ekta Elston, GP, Clinical Lead for North East Lincolnshire Health and Care Partnership and NLaG Associate Non- Executive Director, who will speak about neighbourhood health provision and the work taking place to support local communities.
There will also be an update on the implementation of the decision to dissolve NHS Humber Health Partnership, as well as an opportunity for attendees to put questions directly to the group’s leaders.
