It’s the Orsted 10k in Grimsby on Sunday, when thousands of runners will take to the streets to raise money for some amazing causes (including ours!)
As usual, that will mean that Scartho Road will be closed to all but emergency vehicles between 8am and 10am.
But don’t worry – you can still get to us if you need us.
Our Second Avenue gate will be open throughout the morning, allowing you to get into and out of our hospital grounds quickly and easily.
If you’re heading out to support the runners, keep a look out for our amazing Intensive Care Unit team and fabulous Plaster Technician Jimmy ‘Plasterman’ McHugh.
They’re all raising money for our official charity the Health Tree Foundation and every penny will be invested in making it as easy and pleasant as possible if you do need to come into hospital.
