Our hospitals provide services to over 150,000 patients throughout Northern Lincolnshire and Goole, with further services extending across the Humber Estuary through Hull and Yorkshire.
Your Training
Your training will offer a broad set of learning and development opportunities. As a new Doctor you will be given authentic patient interactions along with the very best in supervision will aid you, as you decide on the pathway you wish to follow.
The experiences gained, along with a rich source of reflection encounters, will allow you to quickly learn what is required to thrive in clinical environments.
At NLAG, the Postgraduate team work hard to enhance your experiences, support your professional and clinical development alongside advising on opportunities to level up your practice and succeed to ARCP completion.
As part of your training, you will work alongside specialists to enhance your opportunities, giving you access to supervision and coaching, offering the scope to understand the formidable requirements of being a Doctor working within the NHS.
Starting a career in healthcare practice will bring challenges, the beginning stages of the journey are quite often nerve-wracking and sometimes those experiences can be overwhelming.
