Dr Kelum Perera is a Consultant in Accident and Emergency medicine at Scunthorpe General Hospital. He is Trauma Lead, Audit and Quality Improvement lead, an Honorary Senior Lecturer to Hull and York Medical School, Principle Investigator for research, Trust Appraiser and Educational Supervisor.
