A guide to health and wellbeing clinics for people of all ages
The information below set out what clinics and other services, like scans, they can access at the hospital. It is important to note:
- Attendance at these clinics and services is determined by a doctor or nurse and is dependent on the needs of the patient. Just because a clinic is held at Goole is does not mean that an individual patient will automatically be referred to that clinic, there could be a reason why it is better to attend a clinic at another hospital. This could be because the patient: has other conditions making their needs more complicated; needs to see a particular doctor or nurse that doesn’t attend Goole; or needs access to equipment which is not available at Goole.
- We have provided this information to GPs in and around the Goole area to clarify what is available at Goole and District Hospital to them as well.
- The clinics and other services listed below run on different days of the week and in different patterns. Some are daily, some are weekly and some run less often like once a month. How often they are runs depends on how many patients are scheduled to attend them.
- Clinics can sometimes be cancelled at short notice. This is usually because of staff sickness or another unforeseen reason.
- All clinics apart from Radiology are by appointment only.
