It’s not always easy to get to your appointment, and you don’t always need to see a healthcare professional in person. If we think your appointment is suitable for a video consultation we’ll let you know on your appointment letter and give you a time and date.

What you’ll need
To take part in a video consultation you’ll need a smartphone, tablet or computer that can do video calls and an internet connection. We use a secure system called Attend Anywhere which can be used on a PC, Mac or an iOS/Android device, using Google Chrome (for PC/Mac/all mobile devices)/Apple Safari (for Macs and iOS devices) browser. Attend Anywhere does not work on Internet Explorer
