You can use Attend Anywhere on a PC, Mac or an iOS/Android device, using Google Chrome (for PC/Mac/all mobile devices)/Apple Safari (for Macs and iOS devices) browser. Attend Anywhere will not work on Internet Explorer .

This step-by-step video takes you through how your video consultation will work on Attend Anywhere.
You will first be taken through a series of steps to make sure that your equipment is set up correctly. You will then be prompted to enter your name, date of birth and telephone number and accept the terms and conditions. Your details will be transferred securely and we will not store any of your information.
Once these steps have been followed, click on the ‘Start Video Call’ button and you will enter the waiting room until your consultation begins. You will see yourself on the video and hear music. The waiting room is private and you will not see other patients. When the consultation is ready to begin, your image will shrink and move to the corner of the screen and you will see your clinician.
The video call is free (except your internet usage charges). Whilst waiting for your clinician to join you will not be using your mobile data allowance (although we recommend using Wi-Fi for a more reliable connection) once the video call starts a 20 minute video call is estimated to use approximately 230mb of data.
