Members of the public are invited to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) of the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust’s Council of Governors.
The AMM will be held virtually on Wednesday 30 September 2020, from 2pm to 5pm via GoToMeeting.
Alison Hurley, membership manager and assistant trust secretary, said: “We’re having to do things a bit different this year by holding a virtual meeting but that’s the right thing to do to keep people safe.
“Our AMM provides an opportunity for people to find out more about the Trust’s performance over the last year and hear about some of the latest developments and our plans for the year ahead. We’ll also be hearing one of our inspirational and touching patient stories.”
The Annual Report and Accounts will be presented and an update will also be provided on the Trust’s response to COVID-19.
As per previous years, a question and answers session will be held. People are asked to submit questions in advance to the Foundation Trust office at email@example.com or on (03033) 302852 and by no later than Wednesday 16 September.
The above contact details should also be used to book on to the session so the Trust can send joining instructions for the meeting.
Membership of the Trust is open to any member of the public and allows people to keep up-to-date with Trust news, receive invitations to special events and lectures and become eligible to vote for or stand for election to the Council of Governors.
